I’m Neil and I spend a lot of time looking at interesting invertebrates or analysing data.
Some of my research interests include insects as food and feed, animal behaviour (particularly insect mating systems), and sensory systems. I have recently taken up a fellowship at the University of Auckland investigating the systematics of some of our giant flightless weevils, their ecology and how they are distributed.
